Gather blankets and pillows, bolsters and join me for the deeply restorative practice of iRest Yoga Nidra. Each session offers a meditative journey to befriend your nervous system, rest your body and quieten your mind with the welcoming and meditative art and science of iRest Yoga Nidra.

The Classes
As a fully certified iRest Yoga Nidra teacher and supervisor I look forward to sharing my insights and facilitating a space for deep rest on all layers of your Being. We will explore the 10 steps of iRest to reveal a variety rest and relaxation tools, the philosophical underpinnings of non-duality as well a space for opening up to insight and creativity. You will be provided with an illustrated Yoga Nidra map and each week will include an introductory talk and discussion, followed by a luxurious Yoga Nidra practice.

I just wanted to thank you for the really lovely yoga nidra today. I went for a walk in some nearby bushland afterwards and took a couple of photos. I felt very open and receptive to the country and I love the way you bring in your creativity to our classes. I also love the safety and connection of our little online community.
