Take this opportunity for an extended class; 3 hours of self-care. Come ready to rest and restore some energy with a deeply nourishing afternoon of relaxing yoga. These sessions lull you into slowing right down, sensing your body and breath and help you to hone your ability to find ease and comfort.
Bring 2 blankets and a bath towel as well as a yoga mat, bolster and eyebag if you have them. If you don’t – no worries I do have lots.
