MINDFUL MOVES Sessions
These classes are a chance to feel grounded wherever you are in your day.
Mindful Moves offers a gentle yet purposeful practice at a pace that allows the conscious weaving of breath with steady movement through a series of functional yoga postures and tension releasing practices that will guide you toward a connected and more easeful relationship with your body and your day.
Each class draws on the qualities of stability and ease — building quiet strength through the centre of the body, while the breath leads the way. I hope that you will leave feeling more settled in yourself, with a sense of calm energy to carry forward.
You’ll need a mat, a strap, at least a couple of blankets, and a bolster and yoga block if you have them.
