MINDFUL MOVES Sessions
These classes offer a gentle yet purposeful practice, paced to allow the conscious weaving of breath with steady movement and yoga postures. This series focuses on building a stabilising, centering sequence that invites ease into effort.
Each class begins with a centring inquiry and warm-up using tension-releasing practices, encouraging a mindful somatic approach so you can truly inhabit each posture from the inside out.
The final integration explores rest as a backdrop for free, settled breath, leaving you ready to move back out into your day.
You’ll need a mat, strap, and at least two blankets. A bolster and yoga block are helpful if you have them.
Suitable for all levels.
