This time of year can easily take us off centre and tip us into stress. Take this opportunity before the onslaught of Christmas to connect with your true intentions and values that you wish for this Solstice. We will gather and connect with some gentle movement, reflection and then deep rest with a guided iRest Yoga Nidra.
