The Art and Soul of Yoga Nidra, is an online course delivered in late 2024, now available as a series of recordings.

Gather blankets and pillows, bolsters and join me for the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. Each session offers a meditative journey to befriend your nervous system, rest your body and quieten your mind with the welcoming and meditative art and science of iRest Yoga Nidra. 

The classes were filmed live from my home studio and delivered as a course to participants around the world.  I received such generous feedback that I now want to make these classes available on an ongoing basis. This course is perfect for:

The Classes

As an experienced iRest Yoga Nidra practitioner and teacher, I share my insights and facilitate a space for deep rest for all layers of your Being. We explore variety rest and relaxation tools, the philosophical underpinnings of non-duality as well a space for opening up to insight and creativity. You will be provided with an illustrated Yoga Nidra map and each week will include an introductory talk and discussion, followed by a luxurious Yoga Nidra practice.

I very much enjoyed the course and exploring a different branch of yoga to what I have done previously. Once I got my head around this practice as being a meditative/contemplative type rather than asana based I really leaned into it.  In particular the course came at a time when I very much felt the need to REST and restore myself after a busy period in my life. I have found the practice of yoga Nidra to be a valuable tool for me to add to my “resource kit” of self nourishing and self regulating practices (both of body and soul).
