My Intention

Cultivating self-care through gentle and restorative yoga practices is my honour and joy. I support people in my community through events and private sessions to cultivate and embrace their own personal yoga practice and tools for wellbeing.

Through this blog I wish to share my ideas, discoveries and approaches in Yoga with a wider community. May these practices, thoughts, poems, and videos inspire you to take care of yourself, switch off this device and take some breathing space.
