It’s been a month since my second dash of COVID, and I am having to be very patient and slow, and continue to pace myself and continue to rest. Anytime I exercise it sets me back. I am so thankful to have many yoga tools to meet me in this place.

And so it’s ironic but perfect timing that I get to share some of these tools with @360mindbodysoul – a wonderful platform offering Rest, Repair and Recover programmes to a global community dealing with post viral/long Covid/long term illness recovery, a large timetable of gentle Autonomic Nervous System, retraining activities, although anyone needing a bit of guided rest and breath awareness is welcome.

I’m honoured to offer 2 live classes a week in the Southern hemisphere daytimes.

Each class is just 30 minutes – easy to fit into a day and not too exhausting for me!
